Ray Marshall -
Manufacturing Project Coordinator

Ray Marshall is a veteran of production and manufacturing. After completing college and serving 16 years of distinguished service in the U.S. Armed Forces, Mr. Marshall turned his attention towards manufacturing and Entrepreneurship. His career has taken him through several different production and manufacturing processes over the years with a specific core of knowledge transfers from one process to the other.

Ray Marshall joined PD3 in early 2008 to serve as our manufacturing coordinator. His specific duty is to ensure consistency between product development and the manufacturing process. He is also responsible for the production teams as well as those that transfer knowledge from our facility to Main-line manufacturers. Mr. Marshall works closely with the clients during this phase to ensure that both their Short-Run Manufacturing and Long-Run Manufacturing meet quality control and market specifications.

Hank Gevedon -
Director of Research and Development

Hank Gevedon is the Director of Research and Development and overall Head of the Design Program for PD3. Mr. Gevedon has decades of practical problem solving experience under his belt and has worked to educate others for over seventeen years in problem solving and practical product development schemes. Mr. Gevedon has worked on over 200 different innovative products and is co-owner of 31 different patents in various stages of development with the United States Patent and Trademark Office. Mr. Gevedon’ s expertise shows his hand in almost every project that has come through our doors for the last five years and provides invaluable insight, not only in product development but also cost effective manufacturing.

Rex McDonald -
President

After leaving work overseas Rex McDonald returned to the United States to pursue a business in product development. Starting first with sourcing and product acquisition's Mr. McDonald’s company evolved into a group that specializes in sourcing, product development, distribution and software development. Mr. McDonald has worked as a head of the product development company for over 12 years and has extensive experience in dealing with both fledgling inventors and fully developed corporations by assisting and bringing new products into the market place.

Gary Kidwell -
Distribution Manager

Gary Kidwell is the Director of Distribution at PD3. Mr. Kidwell oversees the logistics involved in the receiving of OEM and raw materials parts and the transportation of finished goods into the market place. Mr. Kidwell has years of experience in logistics and transportation, which made him a perfect candidate for an internal promotion to the head of his department. Mr. Kidwell’s experience ranges from the transportation and handling of materials to the organization and tracking of complex systems including the development, kitting, and OEM shipment of distribution parts.

Alice Gambalie -
Office Manager

Alice Gambalie is the Office Manager and coordinator for all scheduling and customer service relations. Ms. Gambalie served as an office manager in several different professional environments before coming on board with PD3 in 2008. Ms. Gambalie’s background serves to assist in client understanding of contractual agreements and to coordinate customers needs with the appropriate departments.

Luba Chapurina -
Compliance Officer

Luba Chapurina-McDonald serves as Compliance Officer as well as Interim Director of public sector funds. Ms. Chapurina-McDonald is specifically responsible for the coordination of contractual agreements in prototyping, manufacturing and distribution sectors of the company. After Ms. Chapurina-McDonald received her Master’s Degree in Public Administration from the University of Toledo, she was also put in charge of coordinating grant writing and public sector funds for PD3.
