Ray Marshall is a veteran in the field of production and manufacturing. After completing college and serving 16 years of distinguished service in the U.S. Armed Forces, Mr. Marshall turned his attention towards manufacturing and Entrepreneurship. His career has taken him through several different production and manufacturing processes over the years with a specific core of knowledge transfers from one process to the other..

Ray Marshall joined PD3 in early 2008 to serve as our manufacturing coordinator. His specific duties are to ensure consistency between product development and the manufacturing process. He is also responsible for the production teams as well as those that transfer knowledge from our facility to Main-Line manufacturers. Mr. Marshall works closely with the clients during this phase to ensure that both their Short-Run Manufacturing and Long-Run Manufacturing meet quality control and market specifications.
