Work for Hire

Work for Hire is exactly as it sounds – you pay us for our services based on an hourly rate and we provide those services to you. In a Work for Hire circumstance, we have no intellectual property right interests – in other words, what you invent is yours and we are simply a group providing you with a service.

Since there’s no collaboration on the genesis of the item being developed, 100% of the intellectual property rights are owned by the client. Our hourly rate is laid out on a fee structure table and estimates are provided in writing before work begins. We will be happy to meet with you for one hour free of charge to assess and evaluate your product, as well as provide you with written estimates of the cost we anticipate in the development stage of your product.
