Working with PD3

PD3 works with inventors, entrepreneurs, as well as small to medium businesses to help design and engineer new products for the marketplace.

We work with these groups in several different ways. Most common is our Work For Hire Model, which is simply to design and develop products for clients in exchange for hourly wages for our services. This represents about fifty percent of the work that we do at PD3.

We have a Partners Development section which, after an extended period of working as a service provider, we are willing to review a company and see if we would like to exchange our services for equity within their company. We would do this only in selective cases and in circumstances where the company in which we are interested is well managed and fully structured.

PD3 also develops its own Intellectual Property and has purchased the rights to produce other companies’ Intellectual Property. This Licensing Model allows us to assist smaller entities and individuals in bringing the product to market while providing the inventor with a royalty stream where they might not otherwise be able to enter the marketplace.

Each of these steps are specifically customized to our clients and personality specific. We would be happy to work with you on many levels and change the model depending on the need for capital preservation as well as the strength of the product being developed.
